Systems Administrator III Security Clearance

Position: 1919 Systems Administrator III with Security Clearance

* description of position/duties: all points is seeking a dedicated system administrator iii to join our team at nasa's marshall space flight center in huntsville, al. The selected candidate should possess the systems administration skills needed to learn and understand technical needs in a large nasa it environment that spans multiple data centers. Experience in jira and atlassian environments is a must.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
* * us citizenship required
* * design and create jira ticket workflows.
* design jira dashboards and forms.
* triage and manage ticket queues and assignment logic across the nasa agency.
* ensure service level agreements (sla) and priority requirements are met.
* applies comprehensive knowledge of concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
* develops and promotes standard operating procedures.
* develop and produce ticket closure statistics, metrics, and weekly/monthly reports to data center managers, leads and other poc's.
* train users in the use of the system.

Education:

* bachelor's degree in compsci or related discipline

* * 5-years linux and windows administrator experience
* itil certification
* jira/atlassian environment experience required
* ability to facilitate weekly meetings with data center service managers, leads, and the nasa customer across the agency. Security clearance:
