As a business analytics spe cia list on our team, you'll:
* Contribute to development using Atlassian and Micro sof t products.

* Recommend and implement appropriate performance measures to be produced, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical met rics.
* Provide requirements and task management to facilitate deliveries of fellow team members.

* Experience working within an Agile environment and implementing best practices

* Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira

* Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence

* Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, development team, and end-users

* Ability to apply critical thinking to identify and help resolve team challenges

* Top Secret clearance

* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role, or 9+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role in lieu of degree Nice If You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
