While we are part of a large organization, we operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our responsibilities include Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies.

In this role, you will be involved in the process as the project starts with the development and matures through testing to deploying to operations. The Global Requirements Lead will execute test tasks in accordance with program processes, supporting resource planning, aiding the Engineering Review Boards as appropriate, as well as supporting Task Order and customer reviews, metrics collection and analysis.

  BMC (Command & Control, Battle Management, and Communications) system for the purpose of technical support to Agile Product Teams and SE functional area to conduct requirements development activities.
• Defining the Overarching Requirements Strategy for Capabilities across the Program
• Defining Risk Mitigation and providing Status of Risks
• Presenting Requirements Plan at Program Milestone Reviews
• Presenting the Requirements Status and Metrics to C2
  
  BMC and BC Leadership
• Presenting C2
  
  BMC Program with Global requirements defintions for Iteration Planning - Responsible for requirement inputs into proposal and Engineering Estimate activities
• Reviewing and providing technical feedback for requirement develop activities

• This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
• The role may involve approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the U.S.

Our national team supports the design, development, testing, integration, and fielding of hardware and software elements essential for the effective operation of the Missile Defense System (MDS).
