Our Financial Management & Business Analysis Portfolio supports the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC); the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) Financial Management and Comptroller (FM&C); the U.S. Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM); the Defense Health Agency (DHA); and many other DoD customers. We ensure the Army FM systems and processes are modernized and integrated to provide a complete range of financial and cost information needed for the Army to conduct business transactions, provide accountability to the public, and to support performance reporting and decision making.

We provide effective functional systems support, user technical support, training support, and governance support of the Army's modernized and deployed FM domain ERP systems (GFEBS / GFEBS-SA / GCSS-A (Finance)), ensuring technological capabilities maturation and evolution aligns with Army and FM domain goals and objectives.

We are looking for a Knowledge Manager to support Program Executive Office (PEO) Missiles and Space, Program Director, Integrated Fires Directorate (IFD) – International, Foreign Military Sales in Huntsville, Alabama.

The Knowledge Manager will work collaboratively across programs, providing coordination and oversight for daily operations, short- and long-range planning, and acquisition systems management for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities throughout their states of maturity. Additionally, this position will present findings, research, and recommendations to Government customers for decision and action, develop white papers, executive summaries, informational and decision briefs, and other correspondence across the programmatic, technical, and logistics domains.

The Knowledge Manager will be expected to provide Knowledge Management (KM) process and tool development, implementation, training and maintenance, develops tools/applications for process improvement.

• Develop and establish program policies, processes, and systems to capture, harness, and exploit intellectual capital from across an organization as well as its stakeholder, peer, and higher headquarters communities.
• Leverage technology to disseminate knowledge products and maintain connectivity between people and information to ensure a timely, and informed decision-making capability for the organization.
• Serve as transformation/change agent by identifying, sharing and implementing best practices for internal/external tool development and administration.
• Continuously develop and maintain organization’s website/portal to ensure knowledge dissemination to users. Develops Power Applications using Power Apps within MS Teams.
• Assist the leadership in directing and fostering a cultural KM change in the organization while providing recommendations and options to institutionalize processes and tools.
