Senior Consultant, Strategy Growth & Transformation needed for a Direct Hire opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite in Huntsville, AL.

Candidates must have an active Secret clearance to be considered for this role.

• Step into the role of Program Management Office Support engaged in modernization of the client's technology and business processes to ensure sustainability and operational readiness
• Play a pivotal role in transforming the efficiency, agility, and resilience of client-owned manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operation
• Work at the intersection of supply chain best practices, data analysis, and logistics while supporting facilities modernize both technology and business processes to ensure sustainability and operational readiness

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must hold an Active Secret Clearance
• Ability to be on-site in Huntsville, AL 5 days/week
• 4 to 8 years experience
• Background in Supply Chain/Logistics:
  Deep understanding of planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution processes
• Proficient in Data Analysis:
  Ability to work with enterprise data (ERP, maintenance, procurement) and translate findings into business insights
• Strong and proven Project Management skills

• Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations, and public sector constraints.
