Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $32/hr + depending on experience

• Work for a premier client in Huntsville
• 1 year contract with opportunity to extend long term
• Housing Allowance Offered for Out of State Candidates
• Reimbursement for work commute mileage
• Opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment

• Listening to, understanding, and translating spoken or written statements from one language to another
• Reproducing statements in another language for unique listening or reading audience
• Facilitating effective communication between two parties that do not speak a similar language
• Attending conferences and meetings and acting as official translator to mediate discussion
• Relaying concepts and ideas between languages
• Reporting to the Language Services Manager

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Have 1+ years’ experience in a Translator or Interpreter role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Have Japanese language skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Possess good communication skills; a collaborative mindset; and customer service skills
