The Honorable Judge Alan Mann, Circuit Court Judge, is seeking a dedicated Law Clerk to assist in performing judicial duties. The Law Clerk will provide legal research, draft memoranda, and support the judge in case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct legal research and analysis on cases pending before the court.
- Draft legal memoranda, opinions, and orders under the judge’s direction.
- Assist with writing briefs for motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and other motions before the court for the judge’s review.
- Review case files, motions, and briefs to prepare summaries for the judge.
- Assist in preparing for hearings, trials, and other judicial proceedings.
- Perform administrative tasks, including case docket management and correspondence.
