Compensation: $30/hr.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Organizing and maintaining complex litigation files from initiation to resolution
• Conducting factual investigations and preparing key discovery documentation
• Reviewing and summarizing depositions, records, and legal filings
• Coordinating and preparing trial exhibits and litigation support materials
• Drafting pleadings, filings, and verifying legal citations
• Managing attorney calendars and meeting firm deadlines
• Communicating with courts, experts, and clients as needed

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Certificate in Paralegal Studies
• Proficiency with electronic filing systems (state and federal)
• Strong comfort level with document-intensive litigation using current legal tech tools
• Ability to prepare and organize demonstrative evidence for trial presentation
