Supply Chain Analyst

We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates for the following position in our Huntsville, AL facility.

Supply Chain Analyst

• Position requires a professional, self-motivated person with negotiation skills
• Enhance the supply chain through data and cost analysis in order to minimize material costs within the region
• Interface with the supply base, supply chain peers and plant level teams
• Follow strategies for focus areas to include material cost optimization and inventory management
• Possess problem solving skills to assist in resolving a wide range of issues involving plant and/or supplier inquiries, complaints, or special requests
• Timely, accurate, and thorough communication through telephone, email, and face to face meetings
• Collaborate with management and plant programs teams to improve the cost reduction process from data collected
• Develop and report cost management related metrics and analysis

• Bachelor s degree in related field or years of experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the contract manufacturing field
• Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and negotiate
• Oracle experience is a plus
