Job Description

Candidate will work with supply chain partners to propose, contract and execute non‑recurring engineering requirements to meet increased capacity on multiple programs identified by the Munitions Acceleration Council (MAC). Candidates will be responsible to align across the supply chain organization, collaborate with customers and other cross‑functional team members, to create a material strategy, develop cohesive approach to meet the program capacity requirements, and manage the material budgets during contract execution.

Functions
  • Alignment with Segment Operations strategy for Programs and Operational capacity planning; ensuring time‑phased approach to meet operational capability to support Customer & business planning.
  • Proposal management for growth and capacity expansion for all programs, to include both L3H NRE requirements (construction, equipment, tooling), Supplier NRE, and BOE roll‑up submittal for Supply Chain.
  • Align with Engineering, Quality and PMOs for all proposal requirements including new source development and product qualifications.
  • Justify and support NRE requirements with Programs/Ops Leadership.
  • Manage NRE contract requirements from OSD and Primes for capacity expansion to include incumbent supplier NRE; new source qualification and new material validation.
  • Align with Business on financial planning and execution for NRE contracts.
  • Align PR to PO and PO expediting with Procurement and other COEs.
  • Primary counterpart to Customers, Business and PMOs/Operations on timing/requirements for meeting Program Surge rates & timing.
  • Support Supply Chain financial forecasting and EACs requirements (Earned value may be required).
  • Travel 25% to USG/Customer locations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior supply chain experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior supply chain experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior supply chain experience.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Security Clearance would be preferred, but not necessary.
  • Master degree or focus in supply chain preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products, as well as MRP/ERP system knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task project actions.
  • Communication skills to lead meetings and develop presentation packages and business case analysis for review with business leaders.
Salary

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater

D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $71,500 - $132,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $62,000 - $115,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
