. This mid-senior level, full-time position is on-site in Meridian, MS, with potential travel up to 25%.

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies and standards.
• Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact, assess scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise the preparation of all change orders and negotiate changes on the project.
• Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
• Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures per company guidelines.
• Prepare and present change quotations to the prime client and assist in negotiating outcomes.
• Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, equipment rental, income/expenses) to protect the company’s interests while maintaining client relationships.
• Review documentation prepared by the Assistant Project Manager before submission.
• Represent the company in project meetings under the guidance of PM II or Sr. Project Manager.
• Other responsibilities as assigned within the business unit.

• Professional demeanor and appearance; ability to perform duties in a professional manner.
• Effective performance management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  Accubid and Oracle preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing requirements.
• Work well under pressure with a positive attitude; strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Interact effectively with all levels of employees, vendors, and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.

• Up to 25%

• Primarily on active construction sites with varied environmental conditions.
• Indoor work with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning; noise level typically low to medium.
• Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
