Support Product Office Leadership on M-SHORAD Increment 4 program development and acquisition planning leading to program initiation and execution. Develop stakeholder integration relationships to ensure they function together seamlessly. Codify technical objectives to develop an acquisition plan, schedule, and life‑cycle cost estimate. Must be a self‑starter with HQDA knowledge and experience.

• Establish IPTs and guide members who provide expertise in engineering, test, acquisition, logistics, and business functional areas toward mission objectives based on the integrated master schedule.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop and present short- and long‑range program planning objectives.
• Assist with developing program management plans, program reviews, budgeting, and execution briefs.
• Support planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPB&E) efforts.
• Identify and mitigate cost, schedule, technical risk, and barriers.
• Assist in the development of program management and milestone documentation.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of integrated master schedules.
• Assist in developing statements of work and other contract documentation to ensure timely contract awards.
• Analyze contractor performance data and recommend solutions to performance, schedule, and cost issues.
• Ensure that program requirements are identified and executed in accordance with Agency and DOD acquisition regulations and policies.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 15 years of relevant work experience OR Master’s degree with 13 years of relevant experience.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
