Moto (Robotic Weld) Operator - 2nd Shift

Operate robots to produce welded assemblies in a fast‑paced 2nd shift environment.

• Operate robotic welding machinery and perform incidental maintenance such as cone/tip cleaning, weld wire replacement and machine area cleaning.
• Load parts properly, follow the agreed sequence, and identify good versus bad welds.
• Generate reports and data collection: FTQ, work gen and scrap reports.
• Inform the editor of any defective welds and implement necessary changes.
• Keep accurate day‑to‑day maintenance logs for robot operation.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and uphold the Polaris values.
• Touch up welds that need minor repairs and accurately job off using the current process.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingly attend Robot Training.

Fast‑paced welding environment on the 2nd shift.

Base pay range: $21.03 - $24.99 per hour.
