Production Scheduling Support

Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.

• Assists in identifying material constraints on any new order received from customers.
• Assists in releasing requisitions to purchase to the purchasing department.
• Assists in creating and maintaining a material status that effectively communicates the material position and production plan for any customer order in the MRP system.
• Assists in releasing discrete jobs to the manufacturing floor according to the production plan in which the material supports.
• Assists in working all material issues due to attrition and other unforeseen issues that may impact the planned production kit releases.
• Assists in ensuring that material is processed in the MRP system in a timely fashion in order for the customer orders to be shipped and invoiced seamlessly.
