Polaris Huntsville is seeking a Process Technician with strong leadership and lean manufacturing knowledge to document checks, manage component flow, and support line balance improvements on new models. You will work closely with Quality, Materials, and Design teams to optimize production and training initiatives.
You will participate in Kaizen events and develop visual work instructions, while maintaining the production schedule and supporting other process techs in a fast-paced environment.
