Position Description

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and technology, managing and implementing advanced digital solutions to optimize our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and executing digital strategies for Davidson Homes, focusing on SEO/AIO, digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, 3rd‑party syndication), marketing automation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the director of marketing on the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology tools and platforms.
  • Ensure digital marketing strategies complement overall company goals.
  • Conceive and deploy new marketing automated scripts and workflows using Zapier and Hub Spot.
  • Improve CRM and digital marketing reporting efforts, sharing insights across divisions.
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing tools and innovations, including AI developments, and recommend adoption.
  • Become a Hub Spot expert and leverage its tools and reporting options.
  • Work with the digital strategy manager to design and deploy A/B tests to improve user experience, marketing campaigns and overall digital performance.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist on digital advertising strategies and campaigns, both on‑demand and automated.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize workflows, improve efficiencies and support training on all marketing systems and tools.
  • Assist with other special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in marketing, computer science, advertising, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, able to use data and intuition for decisions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and passion for improving processes, streamlining technology, and boosting performance.
  • Self‑motivated, highly driven, fast learner.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Required Software Experience
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Ads
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Zapier or similar automation platforms
  • Working with CRMs
  • Creating digital reports using Looker Studio or PowerBI
Preferred Software Experience
  • Hub Spot (strongly preferred)
  • Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
  • SQL
  • Python
  • Node.js / Java Script
  • HTML / CSS
Physical Demands
