• Nurse Manager, Labor and Delivery reports directly to a supportive and collaborative Director of Women's Services and will manage a team of 40+ FTE's across the Women's Services Department
• Well supported by a team of Charge Nurses and a Unit Educator

In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Labor and Delivery department that delivers over 1,700 babies annually. We are seeking a dynamic, self starter and servant leader with a high level of clinical labor and delivery knowledge. In this role, you will provide strategic and day to day leadership for this growing department, manage and mentor your team, promote an atmosphere of trust and safety, and ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our community's newest moms, babies and families!

• BSN required
• RN Active License
• 5 years of general Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
• 2 years of Labor and Delivery leadership experience required
• INSPIRATIONAL, servant leadership style
• Creative, collaborative personality style who enjoys working in a team based setting
