• $75,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment required)

• Provide anesthesia care for patients at all acuity levels across the lifespan in a variety of settings (surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management).
• Administer and adjust anesthetic technique, monitor patient responses, and ensure safety throughout procedures.

• Current active state licensure as a registered nurse in Alabama or a compact state RN License, complying with CRNA regulations.
• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (or predecessor).
• Certified or recertified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
• Current competency in clinical responsibilities as specified by the employer.

• Valid ACLS, BLS, PALS certificates from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in operating and interpreting diverse anesthesia equipment.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to maintain confidential records and adhere to facility policies.
