The CRNA cares for patients at all acuity levels across the lifespan in a variety of settings for procedures including surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management.

- Option to rotate throughout affiliate facilities, with shift options available at Huntsville Hospital

- Madison Hospital
- Madison Hospital Outpatient Endoscopy
- Sign-on Bonus: $75,000 with a three-year work commitment
- Premium Pay for weekends and extra shifts
- Relocation assistance (must live more than 75 miles from Huntsville Hospital campus)
- Voluntary Call:
Earn up to an additional $25,000 annual salary, plus premium call‑back pay

- Current active state licensure as a registered nurse in Alabama or a compact state RN License
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
- Certified or recertified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
- Current competency in the clinical responsibilities specified below
- ACLS, BLS, PALS from American Heart Association
- Ability to perform clinically as a nurse anesthetist in the facility setting on a regular basis
- Operate, use, and interpret data from a wide variety of equipment to perform anesthesia care and support perioperative or operating room care
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clinical staff and other disciplines
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient population(s) served
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control techniques
- Ability to maintain confidential records
- Ability to implement and adhere to facility policies and procedures
