• Primary responsibilities will include: managing the strategic direction of the department, day to day operations, serving as a mentor to the nursing team, ensuring the highest level of quality and patient safety, and building positive physician relationships

• Position will manage a 20 bed ED that sees approximately 37,000 annual visits with a team of 55 FTE's
• Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer
• Amazing opportunities for growth and advancement - many of its Managers advance to Director, VP and CNO level positions within the organization

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN License
• 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• At least 1+ year of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager level required
• Proven track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and patient experience/satisfaction
• INSPIRATIONAL and collaborative leadership style
