CLN RN Clinic - Heart Center Patient Care 1st Shift

Provides professional nursing care for office patients following established standards and procedures.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Possess a current Alabama State Registered Nurse license. Current CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred.

• Additional Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice to give and evaluate patient care. Skill in identifying problems and recommending solutions. Skill in writing and maintaining records and reports. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, physicians, and staff. Clear communication skills. Knowledge of safety hazards and precautions. Ability to react calmly in emergencies. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  
  Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrate effective work habits such as attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability, and promptness.
