Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care to residents and ensure each reaches the highest level of functioning.
- Administer medication and oversee daily nursing operations.
- Supervise CNAs to ensure high‑quality care for all residents.
- Utilize continuous education and professional development opportunities to enhance expertise.
- Current RN license from the State Board of Nursing.
- Ability to work intimately with residents, physicians, and staff.
- Capability to adhere to prescribed nursing standards.
