• Provide exceptional care to residents, administer medication, and ensure each resident reaches their highest level of functioning.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure they provide high‑quality care to residents.
• Foster leadership and continuously engage in education and professional development opportunities.

• Current RN license from the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to work closely with residents, physicians, and staff.
• Capability to work to prescribed nursing standards.
