As a Nurse Aide in Training, you’ll learn hands-on skills from experienced professionals and receive the support you need to succeed in a CNA role.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with non-clinical daily tasks under the supervision of licensed staffAssist with meal delivery, hydration, linen changes, and general comfortMaintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and shared spacesObserve and report any changes in resident behavior or conditionParticipate actively in training classes and on-the-floor clinical practiceTransition into a CNA position upon successful certificationQualifications:
