Wellstone in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM) to support our River Valley and River Crossing locations. The RN will evaluate clients for emergent care, document progress, and ensure compliance with regulations within a 16-bed facility.
Responsibilities include vital signs, discharge planning, medication monitoring, crisis intervention, injections, and ensuring a safe, well-documented care environment. Requires Alabama RN license and MH experience.
