Emergency Room Nurse; ER RN

We’re seeking skilled and confident Emergency Room Registered Nurses who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and are passionate about delivering immediate, life-saving care. If you excel at rapid assessment, multitasking, and teamwork under pressure, this role offers meaningful impact every shift.

Schedule

• Per Diem
• 12-hour Shifts
  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Days)
  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nights)

What You’ll Do

• Triage and assess patients presenting with acute illness or injury
• Provide rapid stabilization and emergency interventions
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and emergency treatments per provider orders
• Perform and assist with emergency procedures and diagnostics
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support patients and families during stressful and critical situations
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and emergency department protocols
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room or acute care RN experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS and/or TNCC preferred
• Strong triage, critical-thinking, and rapid decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients and shifting priorities
• Calm, confident, and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
