Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Madison County Detention Center in Alabama.

This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered care in a safe and secure correctional healthcare setting while working a structured rotating schedule.

What You’ll DoAs an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll provide essential nursing care to an underserved population while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing direct nursing care to patients within the correctional facility

Administering medications and treatments as ordered

Performing assessments and monitoring patient conditions

Responding to medical needs and changes in patient status

Collaborating with medical providers and the healthcare team Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation

Maintaining professional standards of care and patient confidentiality

Supporting a safe, secure, and respectful healthcare environment

What We’re Looking For Current LPN license in the state of Alabama Current CPR certification

Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while being a dependable member of the healthcare team Comfortable working in a structured, secure environment
