We're seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Night Shift Nursing Team
, providing skilled nursing care, clinical leadership, and reassurance to residents and their families.

What You’ll Do

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse
, you'll provide and coordinate resident care while helping ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
  • Communicate significant changes to physicians, nursing leadership, and other clinical team members
  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and changes in resident condition
  • Provide guidance and supervision to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate
  • Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
  • Respond to resident needs and concerns with professionalism and compassion
  • Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance procedures
  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life
  • Support effective shift-to-shift communication and continuity of nursing services
What We're Looking For
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to changes in resident condition
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong organization, time-management, and clinical decision-making abilities
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented approach to nursing
  • Ability to work effectively and independently during night shift
  • Compassionate approach to caring for elderly and rehabilitation residents
  • Commitment to providing safe, high-quality, resident-centered care
