Landscape Crew & Drivers – ALM Commercial Landscaping

ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching for Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial and residential clients. Our Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen. These positions are full‑time, benefit‑eligible, and paid weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long‑term career, and we are ready to invest in their growth.

• Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers
• Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers
• Hand pulling weeds
• Picking up trash and yard debris
• Operating a backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings
• Drivers Only – Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members
• Other responsibilities as directed

• 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is required
• Bilingual – Spanish/English is ideal
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Drivers Only – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass pre‑employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 years of age
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
