About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our electronic products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. By conducting rigorous testing and detailed inspections, you will directly influence the quality of the final product delivered to our customers.
Responsibilities- Execute functional testing and visual verification to ensure components meet precise technical specifications.
- Operate specialized testing equipment and hand tools to validate circuit and mechanical assembly performance.
- Drive product excellence by identifying defects, troubleshooting failures, and analyzing root causes.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and documentation to track product performance and quality trends.
- Perform minor component repairs and replacements to uphold quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standardized work instructions to ensure consistent production outcomes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in electronic assemblies.
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks for data entry and record management.
- Ability to interpret and follow complex written technical instructions.
- 1+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or quality control.
- Background in circuit testing, mechanical inspection, or troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards.
- Experience with formal quality assurance documentation and reporting.
