• One (1) year of restaurant serving and bartending experience required
• Flexible availability to work mid or PM shifts, holidays and weekends
• Current Food Handlers certification
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to stand/walk on feet for at least eight (8) hours
• Able to carry at least 10-15 pounds

• Welcome and engage with guests in the restaurant and bar, take food & beverage orders, replenish beverages, quality check food, and serve guests in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Quality check food and ensure order meets guest’s expectations.
• Set up tables and perform opening duties.
• Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, and spirits.
• Self bus tables, maintain cleanliness of restaurant area and perform required side work and closing duties.
• Resolve concerns and complaints regarding food and beverage.
