Sales Advisor – Bridge Street Town Centre

As a Sales Advisor, you will welcome and guide customers through the store, providing product information, promoting sales, and supporting the H&M brand with excellent customer service. You will also manage garment care, visual merchandising, and support store operations, working closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting shoppers, including guiding them through the OMNI experience when available.
• Engage customers in conversations, share fashion insights, and promote H&M's products and trends.
• Effectively promote and sell products, achieving sales targets in collaboration with store management.
• Actively promote the H&M Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets and assist the store team.
• Maintain garment care: unpacking, refilling, steaming, and ensuring garment quality.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and procedures.
• Keep the sales floor, back‑of‑house areas, and stockrooms clean, tidy, and well‑presented.
• Adhere to visual and commercial guidelines for merchandise displays and stories.
• Maintain and replenish stock levels on the sales floor.
• Follow H&S guidelines and all legal requirements applicable to the role.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.

• Passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, and action‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility, decisiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Prior sales experience in a retail or service‑related setting, with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Experience in customer service within fashion retail or a related industry.
