Overview
Performs all cashier duties such as being courteous, totaling sales, and providing correct change. Must follow all cashier policies and guidelines daily by maintaining the register, keeping it locked at all times. Responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers in our C‑Stores and Retail Areas. Duties include working independently or with other Baristas to take orders, make drinks and provide timely service to customers.
Additional duties may apply such as stocking condiments, cleaning, serving and prepping occasionally. Follows established practices and procedures for patient identification and service.
Education/Licensure/
Certifications:
Experience: Food service experience in a high‑volume setting preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Must be knowledgeable of and able to follow the standards of federal, state and regulatory agencies and JCAHO for sanitation, food preparation and handling. Must be able to make coffee recipes. Must be able to properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality.
