Position Summary
America’s Thrift is looking for customer-focused, dependable team members to provide a welcoming experience for donors at our outdoor donation sites. Responsibilities include greeting donors, accepting and organizing donations, maintaining a clean site, and safely handling donated items.
Schedule: Rotating schedule with shifts varying between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
Ideal Candidate: Someone with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work outdoors, stay active, and lift up to 50 pounds.
