Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with Syn Vivo's products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about science and technology who are looking to develop their career in sales.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing relevant information about Syn Vivo's products and services.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from campaigns and other outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
  • Provide support to field sales representatives and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate Syn Vivo's value proposition.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related Life Science field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is beneficial but not required.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
