Job Summary

Trident Security is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Program Coordinator to join our Corporate Office in Huntsville, Alabama. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to excellence in security solutions.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires exceptional skills in lead generation, relationship management, planning, and deal closure. The Sales Program Coordinator will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, developing and nurturing client relationships, analyzing sales metrics, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

The successful candidate must be proficient in CRM platform usage, procurement, sourcing, and RFP packages and processes, and demonstrate the ability to represent Trident Security in a professional and positive manner. Strong negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and experience in the full sales cycle are essential for success in this role.

Essential Duties/Tasks
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s reach in multiple states.
  • Oversee local and regional sales and campaigns.
  • Coordinate all sales activities for the company.
  • Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Meet company sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Define and execute territory sales plans.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
Required

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree in business/related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting, and proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing.
  • Significant experience using CRM platforms to find contacts, manage the sales process, forecast sales, and research, build, submit, and track RFPs.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint.
Required License/Certifications
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Security clearance desired

  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
  • Ability to analyze problems and problem-solve.
  • Must have good judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise confidentiality.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced time management skills.
Working Environment/Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged hours working on a computer. At least 85% of your time will be spent working with CRM platforms and software.
  • Ability to drive and travel at least 20% of the time.
  • You may be required to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
  • You may be required to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
Reporting Structure

The Sales Program Coordinator is a full-time salaried-exempt role that reports directly to the COO for strategic guidance and direction, and the Corporate Operations Manager for supervisory and administrative support.

Compensation

$70k base salary + generous commission incentives for meeting defined sales goals.
