The SDR is a driven, outgoing, and enthusiastic team member that is a vital part of the team to help grow our commercial

cleaning business. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you’ll introduce our services, build relationships,

and set the stage for long-term partnerships. If you enjoy connecting with people, finding opportunities, and being part of a

• Prospect & Connect – Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
• Build Relationships – Engage with decision-makers, listen to their needs, and introduce solutions that fit their business.
• Set Opportunities – Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team to present proposals.
• Collaborate – Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and positive client experience.
• Track & Grow – Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track outreach efforts, and continuously seek new business opportunities.
• Represent with Pride – Promote our brand as the trusted partner for clean, safe, and welcoming workplaces.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to exceed expectations.
• Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred, but we’ll train the right person!).
• Comfortable using technology (CRM tools, email, and social media).
• A positive, energetic attitude with the ability to connect quickly with people.
• Reliable transportation as this position will require travel throughout our business operations territory.
