Kowboy Fence Company is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Huntsville team!

We're a family-owned fencing company headquartered in Nashville, TN, with locations across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. We've built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and a team that takes pride in what we do.

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their fencing needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Conduct on-site consultations, take measurements, and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Build relationships with potential customers and turn opportunities into closed deals.
• Manage your sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and keep opportunities moving forward.
• Use Hub Spot to track customer interactions, estimates, and sales activity.
• Partner with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to the success of our Huntsville location.

• You're a natural people person who enjoys connecting with customers.
• You're competitive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals.
• You know how to follow up, overcome objections, and close deals.
• You're organized, dependable, and comfortable managing your own schedule.
• You communicate professionally and confidently.
• You have previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, construction, home improvement, or a related field.
• You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
