- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, supporting the overall security posture of the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
- Observe and report any unusual activity, security‑related hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Assist with emergency response protocols and communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members to promote a secure environment within the aerospace and defense location.
- Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience or possess a college degree.
- Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
