  • Monitor and analyze security system performance; conduct testing, reporting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors for consistent security coverage across all locations.
  • Maintain proper physical security measures during business hours and follow visitor registration procedures.
  • Investigate security incidents, implement corrective actions, and liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services.
  • Ensure facilities services and repair activities are delivered and needs met across multiple locations.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance plans and general building maintenance.
  • Handle space management, vendor contracts, and services such as security and janitorial.
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor activities for facility upgrades and renovations.
  • Provide project management support as needed.
  • Ensure facilities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and advise on best practices.
  • Serve as the point of contact for security‑related inquiries.
  • Assist sites in managing visitor intake and physical security.
  • Support new employee badging, building access control, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with the regional management team to assess security needs and implement solutions.
  • Evaluate cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining high standards of safety and security.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on system performance, facility conditions, and key metrics.
  • Travel may be required to regional locations for site assessments and coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Ideal Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in physical security & facilities management (manufacturing, R&D, etc). Will consider relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong technical knowledge of physical security platforms, facilities management, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple facilities and projects.
  • Preferred certifications: CPP, PSP, FMP, or CFM.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, security software platforms, and facility management software.
