Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor and protect our facilities.

What matters most about this role is your sharp eye and attention to detail. As a Surveillance Security Officer, you will spot threats before they escalates in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and other sites.

  Full‑Time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift 6 a.m.–2 p.m.; 2nd shift 2 p.m.–10 p.m.; 3rd shift 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage: $17.50 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
