• Assist client employees, customers, and visitors with questions, directions, and general inquiries
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, and AED as certified
• Conduct exterior door checks to ensure doors, and gates are secure and functioning properly
• Conduct exterior building checks for glass breaks, maintenance issues, or hazards
• Conduct regular inspection of all necessary equipment (including radios, bikes, and vehicles) and accessories to ensure operational condition.
• Work with other client employees at special events.
• Participate in daily briefings to receive updated information in preparation of shift
• Observe and escalation situations involving suspicious persons or situations
• Any other duties as assigned by Trident.

• Must possess a valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Guard Card or be eligible to obtain one prior to employment.

• You may be required to drive a company vehicle between sites.
• This is a physical job that requires the ability to work in different environments and terrains, as well as frequent travel between client buildings and/or campuses.
• You are required to work inside and outside, regardless of weather conditions.
• You is required to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays, and overtime, when needed.

The Security Specialist is a part-time hourly non-exempt position that reports directly to the Field Supervisor.

$15.25 - $17.00/hr
