About this position:

iWorks is seeking a Mid-Level Security Support Specialist to provide advanced personnel security and security program support. This role supports operational activities, policy implementation, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination.

* This position is contingent upon contract award.

Salary Range: 77k-87k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

Support personnel security program administration.

Analyze security-related processes and recommend improvements.

Develop reports and track program metrics.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with training and mentoring junior staff.

Ensure compliance with applicable security requirements.

Required Education/

Qualifications:

Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of relevant security or program support experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting federal security programs.
Project coordination experience.
