We are a quickly growing Pool Service based in Huntsville serving the Tennessee Valley. We are looking for an experienced pool repair technician to help us build our business and forge a clear path for upward mobility. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform plumbing and electrical repairs on residential swimming pools and provide excellent customer service. Pool repair experience is key. This role is for a dependable candidate who will be rewarded with career advancement and greater earning potential if they work hard, embrace our team and brand culture, and perform consistently.

Full‑time, year‑round high‑quality repair technician. In addition to the regular duties of a pool technician, include minor repairs as needed. Responsibilities include providing top‑notch services and a positive customer experience for each client.

- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Own a valid driver’s license and current insurance.
- Possess a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 5 years).
- Accept background check.
- Cleaning debris from pool
- Emptying skimmer baskets and pump strainer basket
- Cleaning and backwashing filters
- Vacuuming pool, brushing where needed
- Brushing tile at waterline
- Checking water chemistry and balancing (training provided)
- Checking pool equipment and water level
- Perform heavy lifting (up to ~50 lbs)
- Other duties as assigned
- Blow pool decking and equipment area
- Report any pool issues with pool or pump to management
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Certified Pool Technician or Operator license if not already held.
- Commit to nationwide background check.
- Availability: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work.
- Ability to walk for long periods in extreme outdoor temperatures.
- High proficiency with email, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications.
