Description
Looking for a experienced access control technician with around 2-5 years of experience. Looking for someone with a strong background (or a certification preferred) in Ccure, AMAG, Software house, or Genetec.
Responsibilities- Programming access control, CCTV, and parking control systems
- Installing and/or troubleshooting field equipment (card readers, cameras, burglar alarms, control panels, etc.)
- Complete projects within budgeted costs and time schedules
- Fully test systems (quality assurance) and gain final project acceptance by the customer
- Complete end-user training maximize customer satisfaction
- Perform all duties in a safe, professional, and courteous manner

Skills & Qualifications
Solid understanding of computer hardware (PC/Server) fundamentals, electronic hardware, low voltage system wiring, and relays / relay logic. High level of mechanical aptitude. Strong communication skills. Focused on keeping everyone informed. Team player with a positive, “can do” attitude and the ability to coordinate the efforts of others. Strong analytical skills necessary to solve complex problems. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word.
This role requires on-site and field work. This candidate will eventually be able to earn their own company truck after a learning period. The right candidate will need to be outgoing and team focused with an importance on customer facing skills. This candidate needs to be clean cut.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
