Pay: $22/hr | Part-Time | Wednesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

* Complete work orders and unit turns efficiently

* Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems

* Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, appliances

* Ensure compliance with safety standards

* Provide excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications

* EPA Type II or Universal Certification REQUIRED

* HVAC certification REQUIRED

* Must have own tools

* Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
