We are hiring experienced Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics for commercial construction projects in and around Huntsville, AL
. Candidates from Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

• Install, fabricate, and repair commercial sheet metal systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, bend, and form sheet metal materials
• Install ductwork, fittings, flashing, and other sheet metal components
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform layout and fabrication according to project requirements
• Work with other trades and field crews to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

• Minimum 2 years sheet metal experience – REQUIRED
• Previous commercial construction experience
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to accurately measure, lay out, and fabricate materials
• Must be comfortable working on active commercial construction sites
• Must be able to perform physical job duties for a full shift
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass required drug screen and background checks
