Our continued growth throughout Madison County has created an opportunity for a dedicated Pest Control Service Technician to join our team.

We're proud to provide pest management services for municipalities, school systems, commercial facilities, apartment communities, and residential customers throughout North Alabama.

Our customers include the City of Huntsville, Limestone County Schools, and many other respected organizations.

Our technicians operate from assigned service territories and start their daily routes directly from home, eliminating the need to commute to our Decatur office every morning.

We are specifically seeking someone who lives in Madison County or the surrounding area to help us continue serving our growing customer base.

As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will represent Defense Pest Solutions while delivering professional pest management services to residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform scheduled pest control services at homes, businesses, apartment communities, and public facilities
• Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Apply pest management products safely and in accordance with regulations and company procedures
• Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records
• Communicate professionally with customers and address their concerns
• Maintain assigned company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
• Manage daily routes efficiently while maintaining service quality
• Build lasting customer relationships through dependable, professional service
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services when appropriate

Previous pest control experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who shares our values.

Candidates must be willing to complete applicable background screening and meet company driving and employment requirements.
