Our Back-End team is designing and building intelligent systems that power our platform. You'll work on exciting problems in computational expression generation all the way to data modeling, and you'll have a lot of autonomy to make key decisions. We re looking for engineers who are product-minded and can think creatively to solve core problems.

• Minimum of 7 + years of production experience, preferably in a complex SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex backend systems, ideally with Python.
• Existing comfort deeply integrating AI tools into your workflows (Cursor, Windsurf, etc).
• Proficiency with Postgre
  
  SQL and data modeling.
• Excellent technical communication skills, especially in a remote, async-first environment.
• A pragmatic approach to engineering; you value iteration, code quality, testing, and thoughtful system design.
• Comfort with ambiguity, operating effectively with minimal guidance.
• Fluency with AI tools and coding assistants; we need engineers who have integrated them into their workflows.
