Overview
We are seeking a Senior Frontend/Full Stack Developer to lead the creation of highly secure, dynamic, and complex user interfaces for our mission-critical enterprise systems supporting Federal Government clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional user experiences for data-intensive and workflow-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Senior Frontend/Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Frontend Architecture:
Lead the design and development of modern, responsive single-page applications (SPAs) using a major framework like React, Angular, or Vue.

• Secure UI Development:
Ensure all user interfaces are built with strong secure UI development principles, adhering to accessibility and federal security standards.

• Complex Feature Implementation:
Build intricate user interfaces for workflow-driven or document-intensive enterprise systems, focusing on state management, efficient rendering, and user flow optimization.

• API Integration:
Implement efficient data retrieval and integration strategies using modern paradigms, including REST and Graph

QL, working closely with backend teams.

• Compliance:
Design all application layers to meet strict federal security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP High, RMF, and NIST 800-53.

• Technical Excellence:
Utilize Type Script and JavaScript (ES6+) best practices to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack or dedicated frontend development.

• Framework Mastery:
At least 3+ years of focused experience with a leading frontend framework:
React, Angular, or Vue.

• Core Technologies:
Strong expertise with Type Script, modern JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/Sass, and current state-management frameworks.

• Integration

Skills:

Proficiency in implementing secure data integration via REST and Graph

QL APIs.

• Enterprise UI Focus:
Demonstrated experience building complex, scalable user interfaces, particularly for systems that are workflow-driven or handle intensive document analysis and review.

• Security & Compliance:
Experience designing and developing applications in compliance with Federal security and accessibility frameworks, including FedRAMP High, RMF (Risk Management Framework), and NIST 800-53. Desired Qualifications

• Experience with backend services (Node.js or Python) to support full-stack responsibilities.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design systems.

• Active Security Clearance (Secret, TS, or TS/SCI).
